Claim Policy: We have limited stocks—claim fast to make it yours! Once a design is sold out, we cannot guarantee its future availability.
No Reservations: Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; a purchase is only confirmed once the payment is successfully processed via Shopify.

Pan-India Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India, with no minimum purchase required.
Bengaluru Express: For our local customers in Bengaluru, we aim to deliver your order within 48 hours.
National Delivery: For the rest of India, orders are typically delivered within 7 days of confirmation.

1-Year Warranty: Every product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Free Doorstep Polishing: All purchases include free doorstep polishing for the first year.
One-Time Lifetime Store Perk: Customers are entitled to a one-time lifetime warranty service (such as polishing) specifically at our Malleshwaram store.
Invoice Requirement: You must present your original invoice to claim any warranty or polishing service.

Applicability: Returns and exchanges are strictly limited to Bangles and Bracelets for size issues.
Universal Sizing: Necklaces, earrings, and other items feature universal sizing and are not eligible for size-based returns.
