1. Delivery Timelines

• Bengaluru (Local): FREE Express Delivery within 48 hours.

• Rest of India: FREE Standard Delivery within 7 days.

2. Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order is dispatched from our Malleshwaram shop, you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS or Email.

• Please ensure you are reachable via WhatsApp, as our team and delivery partners do not accept voice calls.

3. The "3-Day Tag & Fit" Rule

• To protect your right to a return (Bangles/Bracelets only), you must record an uncut video showing the intact tags and the size mismatch on your hand immediately upon delivery.

• This rule also applies to reporting any manufacturing defects within 3 days for an exchange.
