1. Returns & Exchanges

• Bangles & Bracelets: Eligible for size-related exchange within 3 days of delivery.

• Manufacturing Defects: All products are eligible for an exchange (no refund) if a defect is reported within 3 days with an uncut video.

• Universal Size Items: Necklaces and earrings are non-returnable due to their adjustable/universal fit.

2. Verification Requirements

• Claims must include an uncut video showing the tags are intact and the specific issue.

• Videos that are edited or show that tags have been removed will result in a rejected claim.
